Payment is due at time of appointment, prior to receiving your test. Please pay by credit card or cash (exact change is appreciated). We do not accept Discover card.

While we strive to deliver your test result as quickly as possible, same day delivery is not guaranteed and may require up to an additional 24 hours.
Our facility hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Please note: to receive same-day results, you must schedule your test by 10 a.m. on Monday through Friday.

PanoHealth does not accept medical insurance directly. If you want to go through your insurance to limit out-of-pocket costs, please contact your healthcare provider for test ordering.

Yes, when you come to the PanoHealth collection site, you will remain in your vehicle and a technician will assist you.
When visiting PanoHealth for sample collection, you should bring the following with you:

Yes, PanoHealth can deliver same-day results. Please note that your samples must be received by PanoHealth by 10 a.m. (M-F) in order to receive same-day results and extended lead-times can occur in an invalid result is reached. Additional fees apply. Please plan your appointment accordingly.
PanoHealth offers individual testing at our location in Peachtree Corners, GA and testing through a physician in all states with the exception of Arizona, California, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C.
PanoHealth can provide secured test reports via email provided on the Test Requisition Form or through the mail to the address provided on the Test Requisition Form. Results will be available 1-2 business days from the receipt of the sample.
The testing service provided by PanoHealth is non-refundable.
PanoHealth’s COVID-19 PCR test has not been FDA cleared or approved, has been authorized by FDA under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), and has been authorized only for the detection of nucleic acid from SARS-CoV-2, not for any other viruses or pathogens. The test is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency use of in vitro diagnostic tests for detection and/or diagnosis of COVID-19 under Section 564(b)(1) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1), unless the authorization is terminated or revoked sooner.
