No screening or doctor referral required. We offer easy appointment scheduling, access to your results anywhere, and a same-day* turn-around with our safe, reliable testing.

*Please note: Your samples must be received by PanoHealth by 11 a.m. (M-F) in order to receive same-day results. Extended lead-times can occur if an invalid result is reached. While we strive to deliver your test result as quickly as possible, same day delivery is not guaranteed and may require up to an additional 24 hours.

  1. Complete, print, and sign the online test requisition form
    • If you do not have access to a printer, you must still complete the online form and we will print it for you to sign upon your arrival. Because this does slow us down, we strongly encourage you to print the form and sign it beforehand, if possible.
  2. Drive up next to the green tent in the PanoHealth parking lot.
  3. Our staff will administer your test in under 15 minutes.
  4. Receive email notification of your results within 1-2 business days.
  5. Login to the portal to check status and download your results.

Public restroom facilities are not available. Please plan your visit accordingly.


Insurance Accepted: Please bring your valid insurance card with you, it is required prior to receiving your test.
If insurance does not cover the test or you are without insurance, the price is $100. Payment is due at the time of appointment, prior to receiving your test. Please pay by credit card or cash (exact change is appreciated). We do not accept Discover card.

PanoHealth supports testing for all reasons listed above; however, insurance is not accepted for all above reasons.


Yes, PanoHealth accepts medical insurance directly.

PanoHealth does not offer any treatments for COVID-19. Please contact your healthcare provider to seek treatment for any symptoms you are experiencing

Yes, when you come to the PanoHealth collection site, you will remain in your vehicle and a technician will assist you.

When visiting PanoHealth for sample collection, you should bring the following with you:

  • The PanoHealth online test requisition form
  • A photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, employee ID badge, etc.)
  • Valid insurance card
  • Exact cash, credit card, or debit card

Children under the age of 18 need a parent or legal guardian present

No, you do not need a scheduled appointment. Drive-thru testing is available Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm and you can come at any time within that window.

You can change your scheduled appointment up to 24hrs prior to the scheduled time. Please call (404) 721-2012‬ to change or schedule a new appointment.

Yes, PanoHealth can deliver same-day results. Please note that your samples must be received by PanoHealth by 11 a.m. (M-F) in order to receive same-day results and extended lead-times can occur in an invalid result is reached. Additional fees apply. Please plan your appointment accordingly.

  • A COVID-19 Antibody Test (or SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) IgG test) is used to measure if an individual has developed antibodies to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Antibodies will only be present after infection with the virus.
  • A COVID-19 Active Infection test (SARS-CoV-2, RT-PCR test) is used to measure the presence of the viral RNA and diagnose a COVID-19 active infection when an individual in is infected with the virus and/or is experiencing symptoms of the COVID-19 disease.

PanoHealth offers individual testing at our location in Peachtree Corners, GA and testing through a physician in all states with the exception of Arizona, California, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C.

PanoHealth can provide secured test reports via email provided on the Test Requisition Form or through the mail to the address provided on the Test Requisition Form. Results will be available 1-2 business days from the receipt of the sample.

The testing service provided by PanoHealth is non-refundable.

We do provide testing for children, but recommend consulting with your pediatrician first.

PanoHealth’s COVID-19 PCR test has not been FDA cleared or approved, has been authorized by FDA under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), and has been authorized only for the detection of nucleic acid from SARS-CoV-2, not for any other viruses or pathogens. The test is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency use of in vitro diagnostic tests for detection and/or diagnosis of COVID-19 under Section 564(b)(1) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1), unless the authorization is terminated or revoked sooner.
